AISER was founded in 2009 in Geneva, Switzerland, to develop custom-made medical devices for complex treatments. Our roots lie in the individual case: understanding a clinical need and shaping a dedicated solution around it.

From our earliest projects, research and development have grown hand in hand with clinical practice. Through this close collaboration, clinical expertise and device design continually inform and refine one another.

Attention to every detail, so that complexity in design translates into simplicity in use.

Over time, AISER has complemented its custom-made devices division with the dental and zygomatic implants of the AISER Implant System, bringing the same attention to the needs of each individual case to its wider product range. Our purpose remains unchanged:

to combine reliability in complex clinical situations with intuitive design and ease of use.

This philosophy is captured in our name.
Aiser, an Old French verb, it evokes the idea of helping, putting at ease, making it easier.

An implant’s design does not end with its geometry. It continues at the surface-where titanium meets living tissue.

Biosyn-D brings the same attention to detail to this interface.
Our oxidative treatment shapes both the chemistry and the topography of titanium, creating a highly oxidized, hydrophilic and nanoporous surface with a rough profile.

Its surface characteristics and cellular response have been investigated in collaboration with the University of Geneva, through microscopic and chemical analysis, surface roughness measurements and in vitro cell studies.

AISER Implant System combines ELI titanium with implant geometry developed for mechanical strength and primary stability.

At the surface, Biosyn-D extends that design approach to the interface with living tissue, with osseointegration as a central objective.

Mechanical performance has been evaluated at the Politecnico di Milano through static and fatigue testing of selected implant-abutment configurations, in accordance with ISO 14801:2016.

AISER Conical Link System combines the reliability of a conical connection with the ease of use of one universal prosthetic platform.

Every AISER implant shares the same prosthetic connection, allowing the same abutment to be used across the entire range.
A wide selection of abutments and screws addresses different restorative needs within this shared platform.

The platform-switching concept guides the geometry of our prosthetic components.

Attention to detail extends to retrieval. A dedicated disengagement system facilitates the removal of conical components-because ease of use matters both when placing a component and when removing it.

The UTD (Unique Traceability Document) gives each individual product a traceable history, covering every stage of production and its journey from our warehouse to the patient.

Precision is measured, not merely promised. Our quality assessment includes laser-based dimensional checks and SEM/EDS analyses for chemical and topographical characterization.
